Standard Bottom Mount
Step
1:
With
slides placed on shelf, tilt shelf and place inside cabinet. (Figures A
and B)

2:
Make
sure front of slide is aligned with back side of face frame on both sides
(Figure C)

Step
3:
Carefully
slide shelf half way out with out moving slide. Insert one #6 screw in
slotted hole as shown in Figure D, repeat on opposite side.

Step
4:
Carefully
remove drawer without upsetting position of front of slides. Insert #6
screws as in Step 3

Step
5:
Place
drawer back into slides and check fit (Figure F) Drawer should slide
free, if binding or tight make sure slides are not too close or too far
apart. Adjust accordingly. Once proper fit is achieved secure slide in
place with #6 screw thru center round hole 
Note:
Bottom Mount slides can also be used in the second shelf position
if you have a half shelf installed in your cabinet. (See Figure E)

Step 1:
Resting rear of bottom
mount slide on cabinet half shelf align front of slide screw hole on face
frame. Use a level to make sure the slide is positioned level from front
to back as shown in Figure E.
Step 2:
Secure front of slide
with #6x1/2” tapered head screw. Measure distance of front of slide
to inside of cabinet. Using this measurement check back of slide and
place at same distance from inside wall of cabinet. (Figures F and G)

Step 3:
Insert #6x1/2”
Pan head screw in slotted hole in rear of bracket. Repeat steps 1-3 on
opposite side. Place drawer into slides and check fit, it maybe necessary
to move the rear mount in or out to obtain proper fit. Once fit has been
achieved insert #6x1/2” pan head screw in rear center round hole.
